Here’s your cheat sheet to understanding the three denim blends we’ve chosen for our launch range and why they matter.
1. 100% Cotton
The classic. The purist’s pick.
This is raw, rigid denim at its best. No stretch. Just authentic texture that softens and moulds to you over time.
Why we use it:
- It’s breathable (yep, even in summer)
- It lasts forever and then some
- It goes back to the earth, in line with our Earth-First mindset.
How it feels: Structured but with a soft hand-feel that gets better with wear.
Care tips: Cold wash, air dry, and go easy on the detergent. Treat it like the good denim it is.
2. 98% Cotton / 2% Spandex
The sweet spot.
A touch of stretch that makes your jeans fit perfectly. Mainly cotton means it has almost the same hand-feel as our pure cotton styles, but with that slight hug to show you off in all the right places.
Why we use it:
- Flex and comfort
- Keeps its shape even better than 100% cotton
- Great for fitted styles and all-day wear
How it feels: Like your favourite jeans straight off the rack. No break-in required.
Care tips: Wash inside out, skip the dryer, and you’re golden.
3. 68% Cotton / 28% Polyester / 3% Rayon / 1% Spandex
The multitasker.
This one’s a little more tech. A little more stretch. And a whole lot of comfort.
Why we use it:
- Durable and resilient (holds shape like a champ)
- Drapes smoothly with a soft hand feel
- Resists wrinkles and creasing
How it feels: Soft, stretchy, and smooth. Think elevated comfort with serious staying power.
Care tips: Gentle wash, line dry, no need to iron (she doesn’t need it).
